PATNA, April 2 -- Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday addressed panchayat representatives across the state via video conference, assuring them there would be no dearth of resources in view of nearly two lakh migrants returning and living in their villages either at the isolation wards developed outside or quarantined at home.

"All the migrants, whether infected or not, should get all assistance. For the infected or suspected, there are quarantine or isolation facilities at the panchayat level. This is the time when humanity demands all of us to work unitedly for a cause that none of us ever apprehended, but have to face," he said, sharing the data of the catastrophe in other advanced countries to explain magnitude of the problem.
