PATNA, Feb. 14 -- Into its sixth year, the Nalanda University (NU) has finally moved to its own 455-acre campus to the north of Rajgir Hills, as the construction of five priority buildings has been completed.
NU vice-chancellor (V-C) Sunaina Singh told mediapersons Wednesday, "As the university has shifted to its own campus, the number of admissions will be increased and new schools and centres will be started."
Singh,who joined in May 2017, said, "The residential buildings and hostels will be ready by 2021. Our main focus will be on academics matching international standards to revive the ancient glory of Nalanda ."
