RANCHI, Nov. 30 -- The Supreme Court directed a suspended principal of a reputed English medium school bailed out on November 21, 2022 after his arrest in the same year for molesting a school nurse to surrender again before the trial court. A advocate close to the matter informed that the order came after the principal knocked on the door of the Supreme Court after cancellation of his order by Jharkhand High Court on June 20 this year. "After the principal was granted bail. He misused it. The matter reached before the high court through a petition on behalf of the nurse. The high court cancelled bail on June, 20, 2025. The principal moved the Supreme Court challenging cancellation of bail.
