MADHUBANI, May 3 -- In a significant administrative achievement, Madhubani district has secured the first position in Bihar in the optional 15-day window of self-enumeration campaign, which started on April 17 and concluded on May 1 under Census 2027. Officials noted that Madhubani was in second place, trailing the top position by a narrow margin.
