LJP(RV) to mark silver jubilee of foundation on november 28
PATNA, Nov. 25 -- The Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) will celebrate its 25th foundation day at the Bapu Sabhagar in Patna on November 28, with Union minister and party president Chirag Paswan attending as the chief guest. The announcement was made on Monday by the party's state legislature party leader Raju Tiwari, MLA from Govindganj.
Addressing a press conference at the party headquarters on Wheeler Road, Tiwari said that the silver jubilee event will begin at 11am and see participation from all five LJP(RV) MPs, 19 MLAs, and office bearers from the panchayat to the state level. Party MP and Bihar in-charge Arun Bharti will also be present.
Reflecting on the NDA's sweeping victory in the recent Bihar assembly elections, Tiwari said the coalition now faces the "real challenge" of delivering on the people's expectations.
"This is the first time we have joined the government. We will try to address public issues and work towards fulfilling the NDA's common manifesto. Winning a mandate is easy; the bigger challenge is to live up to the people's expectations," Tiwari said....
