RANCHI, Dec. 7 -- Jharkhand chief minister Hemant Soren on Saturday appeared before an MP/MLA court here in a case of alleged non-compliance with ED summons, people in the know said. "On the direction of Jharkhand HC, the CM appeared before the MP/MLA court today. He filed two securities of Rs.7,000 each. Henceforth, the CM does not need to appear in person.
