PATNA, Oct. 13 -- Even as the ruling National Democratic Alliance (NDA) announced its seat sharing arrangement on Sunday evening, the picture of a final seat-sharing deal within the Opposition INDIA bloc in Bihar continued to be hazy with speculations rife that final talks on resolving glitches in seat allotments among allies would be sorted out in New Delhi before a final announcement, which could be on Monday, insiders in INDIA bloc said. Opposition leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav along with his parents, RJD chief Lalu Prasad and former chief minister Rabri Devi, reached New Delhi to appear in court in connection with the land-for-job case.
