Guv addresses joint session of houses in bihar
PATNA, Dec. 4 -- Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan on Wednesday addressed the joint session of the two Houses of the legislature, outlining the government's agenda in next five years to add pace to state's growth and achievements so far.
