JAMSHEDPUR, Nov. 11 -- Jharkhand chief election officer (CEO) K Ravi Kumar on Monday said that round the clock monitoring of the polling process would be done through live webcasting and CCTV cameras at all the 300 booths in the Ghatshila assembly constituency during voting for the bypoll on Tuesday. "As per the direction of the Election Commission of India (ECI), CCTV cameras have been set up inside and outside all the 300 booths and fullproof security arrangements have been made for free, fair, fearless, peaceful and transparent polling. Live monitoring is being done through webcasting which will be under the vigilant eyes of the ECI, CEO office, district election officer (DEO) office and returning officer (RO) office," Kumar told the media. A total of 256, 352 registered voters, of which 125,114 are male and 131,235 are female voters, will exercise their franchise at 300 booths from 7am to 5pm Tuesday....
