PATNA, March 25 -- Trouble again began for Sanjeev Hans, a 1997 batch IAS officer of the Bihar cadre from the Bihar cadre after the CBI filed a case against him for allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs.1 crore from a Mumbai real estate businessman. Hans was also a personal secretary to the late Union minister Ram Vilas Paswan. As per the FIR filed by CBI officials, this entire scheme was orchestrated to secure a favorable ruling from the NCDRC in a builder-buyer dispute in 2019. Sanjeev Hans's friend, Vipul Bansal, orchestrated the entire scheme by meeting with Hans. As per Vipul Bansal arranged a meeting between Sanjeev Hans and builder Anubhav Agarwal.
