PATNA, June 13 -- The Central Selection Board of Constables (CSBC) on Thursday announced the written exam schedule for 19,838 constable posts. The exams will be held at 627 centres across the state between July 16 and August 3. Over 16.73 lakhs aspirants will appear in the exam in six phases. ADG-cum-Chiarman, CSBC Jitendra Kumar said the exam will be conducted from 12 to 2 pm in 38 districts and its reporting time will be 9.30 am. "An advertisement to fill up the 19,838 posts of constables was issued on March 11, 2025 by the Board which was later extended till April 25.
