PATNA, Sept. 22 -- The special task force (STF) and Siwan police raided the house of Rais Khan, a former MLC at Ghaspur village under Siwan police station and recovered weapons and several cartridges of AK-47 on Sunday. The police detained Khan and three others for interrogation, officials said. STF DIG Nilesh Kumar said police were tipped off that some weapons were stored illegally. "A special team of STF and Siwan police raided the house of Rais Khan and recovered some weapons and other things,which FSL team is investigating. On the interrogation of some persons, the STF raided a house and recovered several cartridges of AK-47 and a person was taken into custody for interrogation," he added. The DIG said Rais Khan was wanted in more than 43 cases, while his aides Aftam Alam was involved in six cases and Munna Mia was involved in three other cases....
