PATNA, March 28 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) carried out raids on Thursday morning against some government officials, including retired engineer-in-chief of Bihar building construction department, Tarini Das, who was appointed on the same post on contract for two years. Das has also been given the additional charge of chief general manage, Bihar Building Construction Corporation.
