PATNA, Aug. 15 -- The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has taken over the probe into the alleged murder of a youth, Rana Om Prakash alias Badal, and the injuries to two of his friends, Atul Singh and Binod Singh, allegedly by Sasaram Traffic Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Adil Bilal and his bodyguard on December 27 last year. The agency has registered three separate FIRs, officials said on Thursday. The CBI had lodged FIRs at Sasaram Town police station in Rohtas district, following a Patna High Court order earlier this month.
