Dehradun, Jan. 30 -- Three days after the Uttarakhand government implemented the Uniform Civil Code (UCC), becoming the first state in the country to do so, the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party and Congress on Wednesday continued to engage in a war of words. While the BJP accused the Congress of depriving women of equal rights, the latter hit back alleging the UCC law violates the Constitution and "will not benefit Hindu women in any way"....
