KISHANGANJ, June 1 -- A businessman was allegedly robbed of Rs.3 lakh by three motorcycle-borne criminals at gunpoint in Bihar's Kishanganj district late on Friday evening, police said. The aggrieved businessman claimed to have identified one of the three assailants. The incident occurred near Burhimari village under the jurisdiction of Kochadhaman police station when the businessman, identified as 45-year-old Afasar Alam, was driving his pick-up van to Kishanganj. Station House Officer (SHO) Ranjay Kumar confirmed the incident, saying, "We have started a hunt for the criminals based on CCTV footage and local inputs.
