SITAMARHI/MOTIHARI, Aug. 29 -- Passing through the bordering areas along Nepal amid intelligence inputs of three Pakistani suspects entering Bihar from Nepal, Congress leader Rahsul Gandhi on Thursday reiterated his "vote theft" allegations against Prime Minister and BJP's ideological mentor Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), claiming that he would take his campaign to its logical conclusion in the time to come even as Bihar is gradually inching towards state assembly elections. Addressing a rally at Sitamarhi, after offering prayer at famed Janaki temple on 12th day of his ongoing "Voter Adhikaar Yatra", the leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha said the theft of over 6.5 million votes and irregularities in special intensive revision (SIR) are a "well-known fact" and impacted the "grown-up" and "children" alike. "...Small children are coming, and they are saying in my ear that Narendra Modi steals votes. We have given the proof how the BJP has stolen votes in Karnataka already. Before that, I never said that the BJP and the Election Commission are stealing votes... But, now I will give proof as to how the Lok Sabha elections and the Haryana election results were manipulated by stealing votes. We will prove that the BJP and RSS win elections by stealing votes...," said Gandhi, promising to take his campaign against alleged "vote theft" to its logical conclusion. Also a member of Parliament (MP) from Rae Bareli, Gandhi, who was flanked by Bihar leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav, CPI-ML's Dipankar Bhattacharya, said the INDIA bloc would not let the BJP and its like-minded forces succeed in their design. "We know that they are trying to steal the elections in Bihar. This prompted us to launch the Voter Adhikar Yatra here so that these people and the Election Commissioner can understand the people of Bihar are smart and cautious. They will not let them steal even a single vote here," said Gandhi looking at the crowds fixedly. He described the Dalits, Economically Backward Classes (EBCs), minorities and other backwards caste (OBCs) and unprivileged people worst affected by the irregularities committed under special intensive revision (SIR). "Ambedkar ji gave the Constitution to the country; which is not an ordinary book but a book of ideology and reflection," Gandhi said reminding the Dalits of the social status before India gained independent. "They were considered untouchables, but this Constitution gave them rights...BJP people want to snatch your rights... They are stealing votes from the poor because they want to suppress your voice, and I want to tell you from this stage, they will never be able to suppress your voice. We stand with you..." he said, raising slogan of "Vote Chor Gaddi Chor." At Dhaka, the crowds jostled with each other to capture the scene as Rahul Gandhi's cavalcade wound its way into East Champaran district, while passing through Phulwaria, Chandanbara, Barewa, Kusmahwa, Sirni, Karmawa, Bhagwanpur, Khairwa and Auraiya after starting its journey from Sitamarhi in this morning. Locals were seen crowded on both sides of the road from Dhaka and Chiraiya in East Champaran en route to Motihari, headquarters of East Champaran district, waving placards and cheering the leader, who waved back from the open vehicle. Gandhi is on a 16 day of the Voter Adhikaar Yatra in Bihar, supported by all Mahagathbandhan constituents, against the Election Commission's Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar. Yatra which got off to a start on August 17 from Sasaram will conclude on September 1. Incidentally, Rahul Gandhi's cavalcade was passing through the places abutting bordering area along Nepal barely hours after the receipt of intelligence inputs about three Pakistani suspects entering Bihar from Nepal Speaking to the media persons at Dhaka in East Champaran, senior Congress leader Pawan Khera, described the Yatra as a religious pilgrimage in which people of all faiths are taking part. "We had a hunch of vote theft after Maharashtra and Haryana state where the vote theft were committed from back door. But, they have been caught red-handed on the soil of Bihar. It will not be the end, but the beginning of a new Yatra (journey) towards protecting our democracy", said Khera, who heads the party's media and publicity department....
