Bihar s.t.f. nabs two maoists from giridih
DHANBAD, March 10 -- Two alleged operatives of the CPI (Maoist) were arrested during a joint operation conducted by the Bihar Special Task Force (STF) and Giridih police in Jharkhand's Bengabad police station area, officials said on Monday.
The arrested persons have been identified as Pankaj Yadav (22), son of Darogi Yadav and a resident of Chilakhakhar village under Charkapatthar police station in Bihar's Jamui district, and Pawan Kumar Singh (23), son of Sudama Singh and a resident of Tantibhagalpur village under Satgawan police station in Koderma district.
Police said the duo are active members of the CPI (Maoist) and were wanted in connection with several Maoist-related cases registered in Bihar and Jharkhand....
