PATNA, Dec. 19 -- Noted doctors and diabetologists from across the country would attend a two-day annual conference of RSSDI (Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India), Bihar chapter on December 20 and 21 in the state capital. The conference would have lectures on different subjects in diabetes, discussions on various new treatments and drugs for the management of diabetes. Organising committee members, Dr Supriyo Mukherjee, Dr Shaibal Guha and Dr Vijay Kumar, in a presser on Thursday, said there would be around 120 speakers and over 300 diabetologists in various sessions of the conference. "The conference to be attended by top physicians, diabetologists and endocrinologists would be a benchmark in scientific events.There would be many other activities and scientific sessions," said Dr Guha, who is the chairman elect of the RSSDI, Bihar chapter and scientific chairman of the event. Dr Mukherjee, chairman of RSSDI and Dr Kumar, secretary of RSSDI, Bihar chapter too added that the conference would give an opportunity to all delegates to interact and exchange views on the disease....
