PATNA, May 15 -- Six persons were reported dead on Thursday and four others were injured after they were hit by a Uttar Pradesh roadways bus on the Delhi-Saharanpur highway. The 10 migrant workers were walking to their native villages in Bihar from Punjab.

According to the Gopalganj district administration, four of the deceased belonged to Gopalganj and were identified as Haresh Sahni (40), Vikash Sahni (22), Harish Singh, and Basudeo Patel. The injured were identified Akash Sahni, Pahwari Sahni, Pramod Sahni and Bipin Sahni, also of the same district.
