SAHARSA, July 23 -- Two people were killed and nine others, including six children, were injured when the SUV they were travelling in collided head-on with a tractor on the Saharsa-Madhepura Road in Bihar's Saharsa district late Monday evening. Police said the condition of two of the six injured children is critical. Police further said that the victims were extended family members who were returning from the famous Singheshwar Sthan Temple, and the incident occurred near Tiri village which falls under the jurisdiction of Baijnathpur police station of the district. One person died on the spot, while another succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday morning during treatment. The injured are being treated at Lord Buddha Medical College, Saharsa. The deceased have been identified as Rupa Devi (29) and her brother-in-law Hari Sah (25), residents of Lagma under Sonbarsha Raj police station. Meanwhile, a through probe has launched into it....
