PATNA, March 27 -- Two persons who had come into contact with a 38-year-old man, who returned to his village in Munger from Qatar after contracting coronavirus and died last Sunday, have also tested positive for the virus, taking the number of positive cases to six in the state till late Wednesday evening.

The two, a 35-year-old woman and a 12-year-old boy, tested positive after their samples were sent to Patna's Rajendra Memorial Research Institute of Medical Sciences (RMRIMS), said its director Dr Pradeep Das.

They were admitted to isolation ward of Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College Hospital (JLNMCH) in Bhagalpur on Thursday.
