BETTIAH, Sept. 15 -- Thirteen people were arrested and 95 youths rescued in East Champaran district on Sunday, police said. The victims, hailing from Assam, West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand, had been lured with promises of lucrative jobs, while their parents were forced to pay money. Sunil Kumar, station house officer (SHO) of Chhatauni police station, said the rescue was carried out from a rented house in Chhota Bariyarpur locality on the basis of intelligence inputs. "Of the 95 rescued youths, 40 are from West Bengal, 35 from Assam, 17 from Jharkhand and three from Bihar," the SHO said. Police said the fraudsters had earlier been linked to two companies-Bin Maker and DBRO-from whom 400 youths were rescued in Raxaul in March this year. After DBRO's operations were exposed, its members allegedly floated another company under the name Automix to continue luring unsuspecting youths....
