PATNA, June 27 -- Leader of the opposition Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on Thursday asserted that a world class university , education city and more work opportunities in the state would be created , if voted to power, while addressing a Chhatra Yuva sansad at Bapu Bhawan. "We will start an agitation and protest this move of the Election Commission," Yadav said. He also said major initiatives for development would be taken, if his government comes to power. " We will complete major tasks in months after coming to power, which have remained unfulfilled in last 20 years of CM Nitish Kumar led NDA government," the RJD leader said.
