SASARAM/ARWAL, Nov. 10 -- Union home minister Amit Shah said that the chief minister of Bihar won't let the infiltrators rule as he wrapped up his high-stakes election campaign in Bihar on Sunday. He accused Opposition leaders, Rahul Gandhi and Tejashwi Yadav, of trying to protect infiltrators. Addressing back-to-back rallies in Sasaram and Arwal towns of Bihar, on the final day of campaign for the second and final phase of assembly elections, Shah also promised a future that "mortar shells that will be dropped on Pakistan will be manufactured at an ordnance factory in this state". "Recently, Rahul and Lalu's son (Tejashwi Yadav) took out a 'Voter Adhikar Yatra'. It was not aimed at bringing about any improvement in the lives of the poor living in Bihar, the Dalits and the EBCs. It was aimed at protecting infiltrators," Shah alleged. The former BJP president said that "the Opposition's vote bank politics has led them to make attempts for building a ghuspaithiya (infiltrator) corridor, unlike Narendra Modi, who is setting up an industrial corridor". "The infiltrators want to take away the jobs of the youth. Rahul and Tejaswi started a tour to save them. But we will drive out every single infiltrator," he said addressing an election rally in favour of RLM chief Upendra Kushwaha's wife at Sasaram on Sunday. Shah said his alliance did not need the votes of infiltrators and the government would be formed in Bihar with the support of youths and Jivika Didis. He said Lalu had been wiped out in the first phase. Now it was certain that the NDA government was going to be formed again. "But we have to be cautious; if even the slightest mistake is made, jungle raj will come and development in Bihar will stop," he added. Shah said, "During the Congress-Lalu government, terrorists used to leave our land bloodied. But this is the Modi government, which gave a befitting reply to the terrorists and Pakistan. If Pakistan fires bullets, we will respond with shells. These cannon shells will be made in Bihar's defence corridor." He said, "We are giving women Rs.10,000 for employment. But Lalu Yadav is feeling pain and is saying this money will be taken back. Whereas we have already said the money will not be taken back. Not only Lalu Yadav, even his three generations will not be able to touch Jeevika Didi's money. In the coming time when our government is formed, we will give Rs.2 lakh to each of them. Addressing a rally at Arwal, Shah said Lalu ji was worried about making his son the chief minister, Sonia ji for making Rahul ji the prime minister. "Those who want the welfare of their families cannot do good for Bihar, but their dreams will not be fulfilled. Nitish Kumar is sitting in Bihar and Modi ji is in Delhi. There is no vacancy for PM-CM," he added. Shah also bristled at Gandhi's charge that votes were being stolen in the country, and asked, "If he thinks there is 'vote chori', why does he not lodge a formal complaint with the Election Commission?". "When the government at the Centre was helmed by Manmohan Singh, Sonia Gandhi and Lalu, terrorists struck at will on our soil. In contrast, now we are beating up the terrorists inside their homes," Shah asserted. "In future, if terrorists from Pakistan dare to carry out an attack again, bullets fired by them will be retaliated with mortar shells. Do you know where these mortar shells will be manufactured? In Bihar, in Sasaram, as Modi is trying to build a defence corridor here," said the home minister....
