CM Soren termed it a milestone in the field of development on 25th anniversary of the state's formation. "On the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the state's formation, Jharkhand is entering a new era of development. The development path drawn from Santhal Pargana will now extend to capital Ranchi. This is not just geographical expansion, but a major step towards social and economic empowerment," Soren said. He said the flying institute, apart from fulfilling the dreams of the state's youth in the field of aviation, gave unique identity to the state across the country. "In the future, this flying institute will not only fulfill the dreams of the state's youth but will also give Jharkhand a unique identity across the country in the field of aviation training. The institute, whose foundation stone was laid in 2008, has now fully embraced its dreams.
