PATNA, Dec. 23 -- Preparations are in the final stages for the 359th birth anniversary of 10th Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj (Prakash Utsav) which is to be held from December 25 to December 27 at Takht Sri Harimandir Ji Patna sahib. A large number of Sikh devotees from across the country and abroad are expected to participate at the event. To maintain smooth traffic, the traffic administration has issued a roadmap to maintain the smooth traffic from Gaighat to Patna Sahib.
