or Asha Bhat, who has done one film each in Hindi and Kannada, pan-India releases is what she thinks should be the way forward for her as an actor.
"The story can be in any language and it reaches to a larger audience, don't you think that is amazing," she says.
The actor says the opportunities become bigger when one doesn't limit themselves to just one language. "We're a country of 1.3 billion people. Do we realise how many stories we're going to get if we make films about all regions and make it as one whole Indian film? That is absolutely magical for an actor like me," she says.
Bhat, 28, who made her Hindi film debut with Junglee (2019), forayed into Kannada cinema with the recently released, Roberrt.
