PATNA, July 10 -- Union minister of state for rural development Kamlesh Paswan assured that the Centre was ready to release funds for the construction of 45,000 km of rural roads in Bihar under the fourth phase of the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY), valued at Rs.76,000 crore, as soon as the state government submitted its survey report. Highlighting the achievements of the past 11 years under Modi's leadership, Paswan noted that the Centre had implemented numerous schemes to realise the vision of 'Viksit Bharat.' He cited advancements in road and air connectivity, healthcare, and the operation of dozens of Vande Bharat trains across India. Paswan also pointed out that PM Modi had visited Bihar over 51 times in the last decade, signalling a bright future for the state.
