Noida, May 4 -- The Uttar Pradesh transport department on Saturday launched a 24x7 WhatsApp-based chatbot to enhance public convenience and e-governance. Citizens can access transport services by sending "Hi" to 8005441222, officials said. "This service offers real-time access to information and assistance for a range of transport utilities, including vehicle registration details, driving licence services, challan status, and application tracking," the department said.
