GREATER NOIDA, Feb. 11 -- In a bid to increase revenue, the Greater Noida authority on Monday in its 117th board meeting increased land allotment rates by up to 40% for residential plots depending on the category and up to 100% for all industrial plots.

The authority has now divided residential areas into A, B, C and D categories on the basis of facilities available. Earlier Greater Noida had fixed rates for all residential and industrial sectors.
