New Delhi, June 11 -- The Commission for Air Quality Management in NCR has signed an MoU with CSIR-Central Road Research Institute (CSIR-CRRI) and School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) to implement a framework which promises to make nine NCR cities, including Delhi, dust-free. The plan, an official said, will include redevelopment of urban roads such as paving and greening of pathways and sidewalks, to work towards abatement of dust pollution.
