Noida, Sept. 21 -- At 71.46%, the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam (UPSEE, 2020) saw its lowest turnout in four years on Sunday. Officials attributed the fall in attendance partly to the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) pandemic.
