MUMBAI, Dec. 19 -- A motorcyclist and a pillion rider died after their two-wheeler rammed into a stalled trailer in Malad West on Wednesday night. According to the police, the accident occurred around 10.10 pm on Wednesday when Ridaj D'Souza, 20, and Kelyan Fernandes, 18, both residents of Malad West, were on their way home. D'Souza lost control of the bike and rammed into a stalled trailer on the link road near Ryan School in Malad West, which was negligently parked. On being informed, the police arrived at the spot and found the two unconscious on the road with their bike fallen beside them. They were rushed to a nearby hospital, where they were declared dead. Subsequently, the police registered a case trailer driver on Thursday for negligently parking the vehicle, under Section 106(1) (causing death by negligence) and other relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita....
