Thane, May 16 -- Two people, who are accused in a 2018 murder case registered in Madhya Pradesh (MP), were arrested from Diva on Sunday. The Thane crime branch officers and the Madhya Pradesh police conducted a search operation on Diva railway station premises and arrested them.

They were accused in a murder that took place in MP. The MP government had announced a reward of Rs10,000 to those who would nab Pushpendrasingh Parmar, 31, and Shivam Singh, 22. "Two police teams in plainclothes conducted the search operation after a tip-off. The MP police took their custody," said Nitin Thackeray, senior police inspector, Thane crime branch (unit 1).
