Srinagar, April 28 -- A 45-year-old man was shot dead by suspected terrorists in Kupwara district of Jammu & Kashmir, officials said on Sunday. Police said that the deceased, -- identified as Ghulam Rasool Magray, a social activist -- was shot inside his house in Kandi Khas area of the district on Saturday. Locals and Magray's relatives rushed him to the Government Medical College in Handwara where he succumbed to injuries. A senior police officer said that terrorists were responsible for the killing.
