Mumbai, June 10 -- Tanya Dubash, executive director and chief brand officer of the Godrej Group, has purchased a luxury sea-facing duplex apartment in Worli for Rs.225.76 crore. The deal was executed through Shaula Real Estates Pvt Ltd, where Dubash and Clement Pinto are directors. The apartment is located on the 30th and 31st floors of Naman Xana, a high-rise under construction by Shree Naman Group, and is scheduled for completion in 2027. The duplex has a built-up area of 11,485 sq ft, including a 1,227 sq ft balcony, and a carpet area of 9,214 sq ft with six car parking slots. According to property registration documents accessed via Square Yards, the rate works out to Rs.1.97 lakh per sq ft built-up and Rs.2.45 lakh per sq ft carpet area.
