Mumbai, June 3 -- BCCI president Roger Binny is expected to relinquish his post ahead of his 70th birthday on July 19. The body's rules bar an office bearer aged over 70 from holding office. In accordance with the BCCI constitution, vice-president Rajiv Shukla will take over as acting president until fresh elections are held in the September AGM. Shukla, 65, a Congress Rajya Sabha MP, has been a long-time administrator and has also served as IPL commissioner.
