Mumbai, Sept. 9 -- The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) is all set to start its preparations for the upcoming local body polls, touted as "mini assembly elections". Party chief Sharad Pawar, in a meeting of all ministers, parliamentarians, MLAs and those who contested the state Assembly polls in 2019, asked the party leaders to start preparations.
