New Delhi, Aug. 21 -- The Lok Sabha on Wednesday witnessed vigorous protests by the Opposition that nearly led to a scuffle between its leaders and ministers, prompted entry of marshals, and forced Union minister Amit Shah to change his seat during the introduction of three bills that seek to bar ministers from holding office after being arrested.
