New Delhi, July 6 -- The Association of Democratic Reforms has filed a petition in the Supreme Court, challenging the EC's decision to undertake a special intensive revision of electoral rolls in poll-bound Bihar, alleging that the June 24 directive of the EC was "arbitrary and unconstitutional".
