MbPA plans recreation, tourism, biz spaces on eastern waterfront
MUMBAI, March 15 -- More than 11 years since Mumbai's eastern waterfront's revamp plan was first formalised, the Mumbai Port Authority (MbPA) has taken another halting step forward by initiating plans to develop an international convention centre and a commercial area.
