THANE, March 19 -- A domestic dispute over a teenage daughter's late-night outings turned fatal after a Badlapur man allegedly strangled his wife with a waist belt on Tuesday night. The accused, Chandrakant Thorat, was arrested on Wednesday. Police said Thorat frequently argued with his wife, Ashwini Thorat, blaming her for their 17-year-old daughter's habit of returning home late.
