Dhaka, Dec. 25 -- One person was killed in a crude bomb explosion in the Bangladeshi capital on Wednesday, police said, as tensions grip the country.
Witnesses said unidentified men hurled the bomb from a flyover in front of Bangladesh Muktijoddha Sangsad, the central office of 1971 Liberation War veterans, in Dhaka's Moghbazar area.
This came even as a senior adviser in the Bangladesh interim government's said the state will take responsibility of the family of the Hindu worker, Dipu Das, who was lynched last week.
Separately, the brother of slain Inqilab Moncho Convenor Sharif Osman bin Hadi has held the government responsible for the murder.P13...
