Mamata: 'SIR being done in flawed way'
India, Jan. 5 -- The ongoing special intensive revision of electoral rolls in West Bengal is being conducted in a "deeply flawed, arbitrary and unconstitutional" manner that could disenfranchise large sections of genuine voters ahead of future elections, chief minister Mamata Banerjee has told chief election commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar.
