DY Patil Group B 466/9d beat Bharat Petroleum 194 & 153 (Eknath Kerkar 42; Karsh Kothari 5/47, Umar Khan 3/49). Income Tax 396 & 153 lost to Bank of Baroda 317 & 236/8 (Nutan Goel 75, Jay Jain 46; Anurag Singh 4/69). Route Mobile 120 & 219 beat Jain Irrigation System 192 & 125 (Shams Mulani 7/56). DTDC SC 464 drew with DY Patil Group A 96 & 86-0. DTDC SC took the first innings lead.
