Jammu, March 10 -- Jammu & Kashmir lieutenant governor Manoj Sinha ordered a "thorough and transparent" investigation into the death of three civilians in Kathua district on Sunday, hours after Union minister Jitendra Singh alleged the involvement of terrorists and a "deep conspiracy"....
