Tokyo, March 26 -- With the Tokyo Olympics postponed till 2021, now comes the multi-billion dollar question: How and when will the Games be held and who will foot the bill. One issue for organisers is retaining control of the village set to house most of the 11,000 athletes. The site of over 5,600 apartments was to be sold off after the Games. "It is one of the many thousands of questions the task force will have to address," IOC president Thomas Bach said. Bach said fresh dates for the Olympics will be decided by a task force comprising the IOC's Coordination Commission and the organising committee of the Games in Tokyo. "This needs consultation with the 33 international federations. We will have telephone conference by Thursday.
