New Delhi, Dec. 24 -- India and the European Union (EU) are engaged in hectic negotiations to ensure the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) can be concluded before the India-EU Summit in late January, with commerce secretary Rajesh Agrawal visiting Brussels to iron out technical differences ahead of Union commerce minister Piyush Goyal's visit on January 8.
