Prayagraj, Feb. 13 -- Caste determined by birth remains unchanged despite conversion or intercaste marriage, the Allahabad High Court has observed as it dismissed an appeal in a Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 case.
